Tanya opened her first florist shop "Enchanted Rose" on Sydney’s Northern beaches in 1991 at the age of 19yrs. She owned the shop for 8yrs & built up a thriving, successful, award winning business - creating over 1000 weddings. One of her best clients– Ali Pinnington (Co Manager ) JONAH’S RESTAURANT, Palm Beach - wrote in 1994:

Her Business relationship with Jonahs continued right up until she sold the shop in Dec 1999.
